Pineh Trekking
Thank you mybalitrips for organizing the hike to Batur! First, I was picked up from my villa at around 1:30 and driven towards Batur alone in a car, which was very comfortable, and I even managed to sleep. Then I switched to a car with other tourists (there were 5 of us), traveled a bit further, and from there we walked. The difficulty was manageable; I have been on hikes many times before (though I must say, on the way down my knees started to feel it). It wasn't as cold as I thought: on the way up it was hot even in a T-shirt, and at the summit, a light sweater was perfect, obviously, we were very lucky with the weather. The views were very beautiful, and it was pleasant to spend time in such a picturesque place. Thanks for the organization: the timing was perfectly managed, we were given water, and snacks twice, and on the way back, I was personally taken to a coffee plantation, where I tasted tea and coffee. The guides and drivers were excellent, thank you for the comfort and reasonable price! I recommend it.
