"MyBaliTrips Transport" offers comfortable, air-conditioned cars that are regularly maintained.

Important Information:

  • Transfer from 02:00 to 06:00 for an additional charge — Rp. 100,000 per car.
  • If your rental time exceeds the booked duration, please pay the driver in cash for each additional hour.
  • For trips to remote areas of the island, additional fees apply:

    Tulamben, Amed, Tirta Gangga, Taman Ujung, Karangasem, Padang bai 100.000 IDR per car;
    Singaraja, Lovina 100.000 IDR per car;
    Pemuteran 200.000 IDR per car;
    Jembrana. Negara 150.000 IDR per car;
    Gilimanuk 200.000 IDR per car;
    Kintamani 100.000 IDR per car.
  • Please book at least three hours in advance for trips to southern areas (Nusa Dua, Kuta, Seminyak, Sanur). For remote areas, consult with your manager about the minimum transfer arrival time.

Cancellation Policy

  • We give a refund for the service retaining 10% of the payment amount, if the customer makes the cancellation at least 48 hours before the event starts or if there is an official document from the hospital.
  • Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
  • We give a full refund in case the provider can't render the service.
  • We review the issue of a refund up to 5 calendar days from the date of costumer's application.
  • We provide a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of costumer's application.
