The start of the trip was set for 8:00, I write to the manager at this time to warn her that I overslept a little and would arrive at 8:30, plus I wanted to clarify which point to come to, nobody replied until 9:00 when their help was already not needed, so I had to sort everything out myself, I also wanted to warn the crew that I would be late, in the end, the captain wrote to me himself and asked where I was. No one even apologized for this incident, she just asked "have you arrived yet?" I was not given the captain's phone number in advance either, although everyone knew perfectly well that they would not work at 08:00, and no one thought that I might have difficulties with the trip. Am I really the first one to get into this situation or did nobody just write about it before? Or was there another manager before? Or did you read it and just ignore it? In the order card, it is literally stated that there are two meeting points, the day before I was not told which point exactly to go to, and the distance between them is not 50 meters, which means I need to call a bike, and you can't find bikes there during the day, so it's again time, time, time. - Should I remember that I have a trip tomorrow and need to clarify everything the day before? - Of course, I should, because it eventually became my problem. But what am I actually paying money for? To relax or to keep in mind 10 questions that I need to clarify? From this I can draw five conclusions: either the manager is not trained in basic service, or she does not want to work, or the management cannot or does not want to train her, or the management cannot filter out a candidate for a position where high concentration and dedication are objectively needed, which is not visible in my manager, because it felt like I was talking to a bot, not a person, and it could be sensed not just after she literally said nothing about the trip and just repeated "check the personal account", but even from the very start, when payment was required. What does "check the personal account" mean??? The personal account itself is quite convenient, but it's my first time taking a boat ride, I've never been near the port in Bali, let alone doing something I don't understand at all, not make a mistake, arrive on time, and not get lost. Why can't you simply check in 10-15 minutes after sending "check the personal account" to see if I understood what I was looking for and if I found it? Sights - 10/10 Route - 7/10, I thought I would see Diamond Beach, but I didn't, it turned out to be on the other side of Nusa Penida.
