What To Expect
- Arrival: If no transfer is booked, arrive at the zoo independently. Present your booking code at the entrance to receive your ticket.
- Flexible Itinerary: Explore the zoo at your own pace. Discover over 500 animals, including rare species from Asia and Oceania. Plan your time to enjoy every part of the zoo.
- Included: Your ticket grants full-day access to the zoo, an entertaining animal show, a petting zoo, and breakfast near the orangutan playground.
- Breakfast Time: Served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The last check-in for breakfast is at 8:30 AM, with final seating at 9:00 AM.

Cancellation Policy
- A refund for the service is made with a deduction of 50% of the payment amount if the cancellation is made by the client less than 24 hours in advance.
- A full refund is made if the contractor (provider) is unable to provide the service in full.
- The deadline for consideration of a refund is up to 5 calendar days from the date of application.
- The refund period is up to 14 calendar days from the date of application. The refund is carried out at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of the refund.
