However, this is possible on our tour to Munduk region with a night at the Handara Club Golf Hotel located in the crater of an extinct volcano at an altitude of almost 1400 meters.
In this unique adventure, you will enjoy the landscapes of fields with hydrangeas shrouded in mystical fog, see an incredible sunset over a mountain lake, have lunch in a glass greenhouse and try yourself in one of the most elite sports — golf. If you have never played golf before, then an experienced instructor will be at your disposal, who will teach you the basics of this exciting game on a special training field. If you already have experience of the game, you can choose both a lesson with an instructor and an independent game on the field.And in the evening you can relax in the SPA complex at the hotel. The perfect combination of vivid impressions, locations for picturesque photo shoots and relaxation in one tour!

7:00-8:00 - a driver will arrive at your hotel/villa. You need to wait for the car at the reception of your hotel or near the villa. Together with the driver, you will go to one of the most famous Instagram locations of the island - the Bali Handara Gate. Here you will have free time to take a beautiful photo.
11:00 - you will reach the "Handara Club Hotel", surrounded by mountains and a picturesque tropical forest. Immediately after check-in, you will go to a golf class, which will take place on a world-class training golf course. The lesson will last 2 hours. At the end, you will have some free time to take a shower after active time on the course.
17:30 - in the late afternoon you will go to Lake Beratan, where you will enjoy a stunning view of the lake and the mountains in the sunset rays. Here you can have dinner in a view cafe or rent a boat.
If you are an early riser, you can start the day by renting a bike and driving around the hotel and its surroundings.
11:00 - after a delicious breakfast, you will go to one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Bali - Banyumala. If you want, you can swim in the lagoon of the waterfall, although the water here is quite cold. On the way to the waterfall you will pass the stunning beauty of the hydrangeas fields. There are several plantations in this area, which are particularly picturesque due to the fog descending on the bushes.
13:00 - after visiting the waterfall, lunch is waiting for you in a very interesting location - a glass greenhouse with a view of the lake and mountains. A great place to relax after trekking along the waterfall.
Then you will go to the temple on the water Pura Ulun Danu Beratan Bedugul. This is one of the most photogenic temples, especially if you take pictures of the temple from a boat that can be rented near the lake. There is a park area around the temple where you can walk.
By 17:00-18:00 you will return to your hotel or villa. The exact time of arrival depends on the traffic situation and the distance of your hotel/villa.
On the first day, we could have arrived later. Check-in is only from 2 PM. Golf was at 11 AM. We arrived at 10. Very inconvenient, we wanted to change clothes in the room and iron our clothes. Golf was rescheduled to 1 PM, as it rained from 11 to 1. Overall, the timing could be made more convenient.
The tour was really enjoyed! Everything was well thought out, the driver was cool, gave us many recommendations and was overall very polite and responsive. The nature in this part of Bali is certainly quite different, truly a little Switzerland, the views are incredible! The golf lesson went great, it turns out it is much harder than we thought :D We also managed to visit a beautiful temple and swim in the waterfall. Everything was very enjoyable, thank you!
