What To Expect
- Morning Pickup: Your driver will pick you up at 8:00 AM or 11:00 AM. Please be ready at your hotel reception or villa entrance. Upon arrival at the zoo, show your booking code to receive your entry ticket.
- Explore at Your Own Pace: Plan your day as you wish, choosing which activities to visit and how much time to spend at each one. With a wide variety of animal exhibits, make the most of your time to see as much as possible.
- Included: Your ticket covers full access to the zoo, an animal show, a petting zoo, and a delicious lunch at a restaurant overlooking the park.
- Return Transfer: You’ll be taken back to your hotel or villa at 2:00 PM or 5:00 PM, depending on your chosen time.

Cancellation Policy
- A refund for the service is made with a deduction of 50% of the payment amount if the cancellation is made by the client less than 24 hours in advance.
- A full refund is made if the contractor (provider) is unable to provide the service in full.
- The deadline for consideration of a refund is up to 5 calendar days from the date of application.
- The refund period is up to 14 calendar days from the date of application. The refund is carried out at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of the refund.
