Flying in the heart of the island over the waterfalls of Tebuman and Tegenungan hidden among the tropical jungle, as well as over the picturesque rice terraces of Tegalalang.
What To Expect
If you're using your own transportation, please ensure that you arrive at the Fly Bali Heli office at least 30 minutes before your scheduled flight time.
Alternatively, you can arrange for transportation with us. If you'd like us to organize your transfer, please contact the manager at mybalitrips.com. Please note that the cost of your transfer is not included in the flight's price. At the designated time, a car will pick you up from your hotel or villa.
Upon your arrival at the office, a company representative will be there to greet you and accompany you to the helicopter. Before your flight, you'll receive comprehensive safety instructions. Once you're familiar with all the necessary guidelines, you'll be ready for takeoff.
Your route will pass over the Ayung River, Mount Tiampuhan, and the rice terraces of Tegalalang. The journey will begin and end at the helipad located in the Taro Elephant Park.
Gaining a bird's-eye perspective of Bali is truly an invaluable experience!
Cancellation Policy
- We give a refund for the service retaining 25% of the payment amount, if the customer makes the cancellation at least 7 days before the event starts or if there is an official document on hospitalization from the hospital.
- Cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions is accepted on the basis of official information about weather conditions that impede the safe conduct of events on the part of the performer (provider). No trip, for security reasons, will be allowed if there is a ban on its implementation;
- A subjective assessment of weather conditions by the participants of the trip cannot be the basis for a decision to carry out or cancel the trip;
- No refunds will be given if the tour is canceled due to weather conditions. The tour can be rescheduled.
- Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- We give a full refund in case the provider can't render the service.
- We review the issue of a refund under 5 business days from the date of custumer's application.
- We provide a refund under 5 banking days from the moment the decision on the return is agreed.
