Flying in the heart of the island over the waterfalls of Tebuman and Tegenungan hidden among the tropical jungle, as well as over the picturesque rice terraces of Tegalalang.
What To Expect
If you are using your own transport, you need to report to the office of Fly Bali Heli 30 minutes before the scheduled flight time.
You can also book your transfer with us. If you wish us to organise your transfer, please contact the manager at mybalitrips.com (the cost of your transfer is not included in the cost of the flight). At the agreed time, the car will pick you up from your hotel or villa.
A company representative will meet you at the office and escort you to your helicopter. Before the flight you will be instructed about the safety rules on board. After all the necessary instructions you will take off.
The route will run through the central part of Bali over the waterfalls of Tebuman and Tegenungan hidden among the jungle, as well as over the picturesque rice terraces of Tegalalang. You will see all the riot of colors of tropical nature!
After the flight, you will return to the helipad near the Elephant Park. To see Bali from a bird's–eye view is priceless!
Cancellation Policy
- We give a refund for the service retaining 25% of the payment amount, if the customer makes the cancellation at least 7 days before the event starts or if there is an official document on hospitalization from the hospital.
- Cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions is accepted on the basis of official information about weather conditions that impede the safe conduct of events on the part of the performer (provider). No trip, for security reasons, will be allowed if there is a ban on its implementation;
- A subjective assessment of weather conditions by the participants of the trip cannot be the basis for a decision to carry out or cancel the trip;
- No refunds will be given if the tour is canceled due to weather conditions. The tour can be rescheduled.
- Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- We give a full refund in case the provider can't render the service.
- We review the issue of a refund under 5 business days from the date of custumer's application.
- We provide a refund under 5 banking days from the moment the decision on the return is agreed.
