What To Expect

If you have not booked an additional transfer, then you need to get to the zoo yourself. At the entrance to the territory, the administrator will give you a ticket using the booking code.

You independently plan in what order to visit the activities presented in the program and how much time to spend on each of them. There are more than 500 animals on the territory of the zoo, including rare representatives of Asia and Oceania. Schedule your visit so you have enough time to see as many interesting and different things as possible.

Your ticket includes a visit to the entire territory of the zoo, an exciting animal show and a petting zoo. Elephant riding will be a particularly vivid impression of the trip. This is a unique meeting where you can chat with these amazingly smart and kind giants.

Cancellation Policy

  • A refund for the service is made with a deduction of 50% of the payment amount if the cancellation is made by the client less than 24 hours in advance.
  • A full refund is made if the contractor (provider) is unable to provide the service in full.
  • The deadline for consideration of a refund is up to 5 calendar days from the date of application.
  • The refund period is up to 14 calendar days from the date of application. The refund is carried out at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of the refund.
