What To Expect

Pick-Up Service: At the scheduled time, a driver will pick you up. Please wait at the reception or the entrance of your villa. Upon arrival at the zoo, present your booking code to receive your entry ticket from the administrator.

Flexible Itinerary: You can decide the order and duration of your activities. With over 500 animals, including rare species from Asia and Oceania, allocate your time to see as much as possible.

Inclusions: Your ticket includes access to the entire zoo, an engaging animal show, a petting zoo, and a delicious lunch at a local restaurant. A highlight of your visit will be the elephant ride, offering a unique opportunity to interact with these incredibly intelligent and gentle giants.
Cancellation Policy
- A refund for the service is made with a deduction of 50% of the payment amount if the cancellation is made by the client less than 24 hours in advance.
- A full refund is made if the contractor (provider) is unable to provide the service in full.
- The deadline for consideration of a refund is up to 5 calendar days from the date of application.
- The refund period is up to 14 calendar days from the date of application. The refund is carried out at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of the refund.
