What to expect

Please arrive at the base at the scheduled time, where a representative of our service provider will be there to meet you. If you would like us to arrange a transfer, please inform our team in advance.

Check-in takes place at the office in Serangan Harbor. Please arrive at the designated meeting point on time for boarding. Once everyone is on board, the boat departs for the Gili Islands or the coast of Lombok.

Fresh fruit and chilled drinks are served during the journey. The boat travels directly to your destination without unnecessary stops, with a smooth arrival at the shore.

Important note:

Please note that the captain may adjust the route depending on weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Pets are not allowed on fast boats to the Gili Islands or Lombok in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
There is no restroom on board; facilities will be available upon arrival.

Twins Power Cat

Six of us took the Twins to Gili Trawangan. They picked us up right from our villa in Canggu, drove us to Serangan — small office there, check-in took five minutes. The boat is all open deck, no stuffy cabins. They offered drinks, even had fruit on board. Two and a half hours and we were there. The best part — they didn't dock at the main pier but right at our hotel, which was amazing — no dragging suitcases across half the island. Sea was calm, views of Agung were unreal. Captain was solid, crew kept to themselves without being distant. Only thing — no toilet on board, so heads up. Other than that — best way to get to the Gilis if you're going as a group. Split between six, not cheaper than public boats, but way more comfortable.
