Everything was great, we were picked up from the hotel on time, we ate traditional pancakes, I was assigned to a group with Russian-speaking girls around my age and with similar physical training. I don’t know if it's a coincidence or if they consider whom to pair with whom, but we were very comfortable together, we walked quickly and didn't have to wait for anyone, we also descended quickly 👌 we were lucky with the weather, the views were stunning. Our guide was a strong guy, offering a hand when needed and took successful photos; it was clear that he knew the angles, experienced 😎 after the ascent, we went to the thermal baths to relax, a nice place to visit to unwind after the climb 🌺

Everything was great. Interesting locations, lots of photos, emotions. Wonderful tour, interesting guide Ani, polite driver. Thank you very much. If we weren't leaving, we would have gone on another tour.

We had already paid for the tour and had a few hours left before leaving for Nusa Penida. We trusted the 12GOAsia site to arrange speedboat tickets to the island. After struggling with the payment and confirmation for more than an hour, as we were packing our things, we were shocked to receive a message from support saying that they could only provide us with return tickets. What to do? The excursion was already paid for. The mybalitrips team came to the rescue, Uliana helped book and pay for the tickets, stayed in touch, answered all questions, and provided clear instructions. As a result, at 6:30 am we embarked on a wonderful journey! We recommend it to everyone.

A wonderful trip, heartfelt :) the guide and driver are very attentive, and the beauty I visited - incredible :) 8th century and everything is perfectly preserved /- amazing!!!
