Don’t want to choose between ready-made tours? We can create a journey especially for you, taking into account your travel dates, budget, number of guests, and how you would like to spend your time in Indonesia.

It could be a week in Bali combining a few excursions with time by the ocean, a honeymoon across several islands, a family holiday with children, a trip with a large group of friends, or a more complex itinerary through several regions of Indonesia. We will select hotels, plan the route, arrange transfers, excursions, and activities, and bring everything together into one complete itinerary.

You won’t need to search for dozens of different companies and figure out how to coordinate their services yourself. Tell us about the trip you have in mind, and we will suggest suitable options and help organize everything from your arrival to your transfer back to the airport.

What Your Trip Could Look Like

For example, you’re traveling to Bali as a couple for 10 days.

You spend the first few days in Ubud — we select a hotel and arrange your transfer from the airport. One day, you set off on a private guided tour of the island; another day, you climb Mount Batur. Then you move to the coast, spend a few days relaxing by the ocean, take a yacht trip, enjoy dinner at a restaurant overlooking the sunset, and on your final day, a driver picks you up from your hotel and takes you to the airport.

Hotels, excursions, and activities can be changed and combined in different ways. We suggest the options, and you choose what you truly want to include in your trip.      

How Does It Work?

1. You send us a request. Tell us your travel dates, number of guests, approximate budget, and any preferences you have. If you don’t have a detailed plan yet, that’s absolutely fine. Simply tell us what kind of holiday you enjoy and what you would like to see.

2. We discuss the details. Our team will get in touch with you, ask a few questions, and help you decide on the travel format, destinations, and itinerary.

3. We prepare a proposal. We select hotels, plan the route, choose excursions and activities, arrange transportation, and add any additional services you may need. If your journey includes several islands, we also take care of the logistics between them.

4. You choose. We present the most suitable options and adjust the itinerary if needed. You can change a hotel, add a free day, choose different activities, or revise part of the route.

5. We organize your trip. Once the itinerary is confirmed, we take care of the bookings and arrange all the selected services. Throughout your journey, our team remains available to assist with any questions related to your itinerary.

Travel for Solo Travelers, Couples, and Large Groups

A custom itinerary can be arranged for a solo traveler, a couple, a family with children, a group of friends, or a larger group.

If you are traveling with a large group, we will select transportation and accommodation based on the number of guests and plan the itinerary so that everyone can travel comfortably between locations.

We can also organize themed trips, such as corporate retreats, yoga tours, birthday celebrations and other special occasions, trips for clubs or communities, diving programs, active island-hopping itineraries, or journeys built around a particular interest.

The number of participants or an unusual travel format is not a problem — we adapt the itinerary and all arrangements to your specific request.

VIP Travel

If privacy and a high level of comfort are especially important to you, we can create a custom travel program tailored to those requirements.

It can include luxury villas and hotels, private cars with drivers, private guides, yacht and boat charters, helicopter transfers where available, restaurants, spa programs, and other services.

Every aspect of the itinerary is planned individually, from the choice of destinations and length of stay to transportation, activities, and the organization of each day.
      

Beyond Bali

Indonesia is made up of thousands of islands, so your journey doesn’t have to be limited to Bali.

A few days in Bali can be combined with a stay on the Gili Islands, a cruise through Komodo National Park, a journey through the volcanoes and temples of Java, or a trip to Sumatra or Sulawesi. And if you would like to explore some of the country’s lesser-known and more remote regions, we can also discuss a more complex itinerary, including a journey to Papua.

Java → Bali → Komodo? We will plan the best sequence and arrange the transfers between destinations.
