What To Expect
If you are using your own transport, you need to report to the Fly Bali Heli office 30 minutes before the scheduled flight time.
Alternatively, you have the option to arrange your transfer with us. If you'd like us to handle your transfer, please get in touch with the manager at mybalitrips.com (please note that the transfer cost is not included in the flight price). At the agreed time, a car will be dispatched to pick you up from your hotel or villa.
Upon your arrival at the office, a company representative will be there to greet you and accompany you to the helicopter. Before your flight, you'll receive comprehensive safety instructions. Once you're familiar with all the necessary guidelines, you'll be ready for takeoff.
The flight experience is entirely customizable according to your preferences. You have the choice of selecting from a range of preset routes or creating your own unique journey. You'll be treated to awe-inspiring views, including the magnificent Garuda Wisnu statue, lush tropical parks, pristine white beaches, the enigmatic Uluwatu Temple, and much more. This is your opportunity to plan a special moment and transform it into an unforgettable memory!
Cancellation Policy
- We give a refund for the service retaining 25% of the payment amount, if the customer makes the cancellation at least 7 days before the event starts or if there is an official document on hospitalization from the hospital.
- Cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions is accepted on the basis of official information about weather conditions that impede the safe conduct of events on the part of the performer (provider). No trip, for security reasons, will be allowed if there is a ban on its implementation;
- A subjective assessment of weather conditions by the participants of the trip cannot be the basis for a decision to carry out or cancel the trip;
- No refunds will be given if the tour is canceled due to weather conditions. The tour can be rescheduled.
- Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- We give a full refund in case the provider can't render the service.
- We review the issue of a refund under 5 business days from the date of custumer's application.
- We provide a refund under 5 banking days from the moment the decision on the return is agreed.
