What To Expect

Self-Arrival: If you’re arriving on your own, please be at the Balicopter office 30 minutes before your scheduled flight time. Alternatively, arrange a transfer through us by contacting our manager via our website (transfer costs are not included in the flight price).

At the Office: Once you arrive, a Balicopter representative will guide you to the helicopter pad. You’ll receive a safety briefing before taking off on your unforgettable flight.

Cancellation Policy
- A 10% service fee will be retained from the total payment if cancellation is made by the customer at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the event.
- Cancellations due to adverse weather conditions are determined based on official weather reports indicating unsafe conditions for the event. The service provider is equipped with expertise and knowledge of weather conditions along the route. No trip will be authorized if an official prohibition on its execution is in place for safety reasons.
- Individual assessments of weather conditions by participants will not be considered as grounds for determining whether to proceed with or cancel the trip.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to weather conditions. In such cases, the tour may be rescheduled to an alternative date.
- A full refund will be issued if the service provider is unable to deliver the service as specified.
- Refunds will be processed based on the currency exchange rate established by Indonesian banks on the date of payment.
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 calendar days from the date of submission. Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 5 calendar days from the date the refund decision is made.
