What To Expect
If you are using your own transport, you need to report to the Fly Bali Heli office 30 minutes before the scheduled flight time.
Alternatively, you have the option to arrange your transfer with us. If you'd like us to handle your transfer, please contact the manager at mybalitrips.com (do note that the transfer cost is separate and not included in the flight cost). At the agreed time, a vehicle will be dispatched to collect you from your hotel or villa.
Upon your arrival at the office, a company representative will be there to welcome you and accompany you to your helicopter. Before the flight, you will receive a thorough briefing on safety rules and guidelines. After you've been informed of all the necessary instructions, you'll be ready for takeoff.
This fantastic tour will take you on a scenic flight over the picturesque west coast of Bali, offering breathtaking views of the expansive coastlines of popular beaches including Seminyak, Kuta, and Canggu. You'll soar over the iconic Tanah Lot temple, perched on a small ocean rock, and enjoy vistas of the southern beaches of Bukit. As your air journey comes to a close, you'll catch sight of the majestic Garuda Wisnu statue, a protector of the island from malevolent spirits.
Cancellation Policy
- We give a refund for the service retaining 25% of the payment amount, if the customer makes the cancellation at least 7 days before the event starts or if there is an official document on hospitalization from the hospital.
- Cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions is accepted on the basis of official information about weather conditions that impede the safe conduct of events on the part of the performer (provider). No trip, for security reasons, will be allowed if there is a ban on its implementation;
- A subjective assessment of weather conditions by the participants of the trip cannot be the basis for a decision to carry out or cancel the trip;
- No refunds will be given if the tour is canceled due to weather conditions. The tour can be rescheduled.
- Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- We give a full refund in case the provider can't render the service.
- We review the issue of a refund under 5 business days from the date of custumer's application.
- We provide a refund under 5 banking days from the moment the decision on the return is agreed.
