What To Expect
Day 1. Island Arrival and Exploration
- Transfer: Your journey begins with a convenient pickup by a friendly driver from Ostina Transport Company, ensuring a smooth ride to Padang Bai port. Look out for them at your villa entrance or hotel reception.
- Boat Journey: At 09:30, embark on a thrilling 2.5-hour speedboat ride to Gili Air Island. Keep your ticket handy for check-in and enjoy the scenic views along the way.
- Main Program: Upon arrival, you'll be warmly greeted by a representative from Tipsea Turtle Gili Air Hotel, holding a "Mybalitrips" sign. A horse-drawn carriage will whisk you to the hotel. Upon check-in, head to the dive center for a quick medical questionnaire.
- Free Time: After settling in, the afternoon is yours to explore. Rent a bicycle or SUP to discover the island's charm or unwind with a breathtaking sunset by the ocean.
Day 2. Diving Adventure
- Morning Activities: Start your day with a leisurely breakfast and enjoy some free time.
- Diving Preparation: Around noon, join a pool training session to prepare for your ocean dive. Receive a detailed briefing on diving theory to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Ocean Dive: At 13:30, dive into the crystal-clear waters with a skilled instructor. Explore depths up to 12 meters, tailored to your comfort level.
- Evening Free Time: After an exhilarating dive, unwind and enjoy the evening at your leisure.
Day 3. Departure and Return Journey
- Early Morning Serenity: Catch the sunrise and savor breakfast at your hotel before preparing for departure.
- Return Journey: At 10:45, check in at Ostina's office for your return boat journey. Be prepared for possible delays; carry essentials like hats and water for a comfortable wait on the beach.
- Arrival Back at Padang Bai: Upon returning to Padang Bai port, navigate to the boat company's ticket office for information on your group transfer back. Travel time varies based on distance and road conditions.
Important information:
- Diving spots are chosen by instructors based on weather and participant readiness.
- Harbor taxes: A harbor tax of 10,000 IDR per person (Padangbai) and 20,000 IDR per person (Gili Islands) is applicable. Pay 20,000 IDR upon arrival at Gili.
- Return transfers can take 4-5 hours, contingent on traffic and boat schedules.
- Ostina provides transfers to the district's central point, not directly to hotels.
- In adverse weather, safety measures may lead to ferry transfers between Gili Islands and Bali.

Cancellation Policy
- The refund for the service is made in full if the cancellation is made by the client more than 7 days before the start of the tour.
- A refund for the service is made with a deduction of 50% of the payment amount if the cancellation is made by the client at least 24 hours before the start of the event.
- In case of cancellation on the day of the event, the payment will not be refunded.
- Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- A full refund is made if the contractor (provider) is unable to provide the service in full.
- The deadline for consideration of a refund is up to 5 calendar days from the date of application.
- The refund period is up to 14 calendar days from the date of application.
- The decision to cancel the tour due to weather conditions is made on the basis of official information about weather conditions that prevent the safe conduct of the event. The service provider has experience and knowledge about the weather conditions on the route of the trip. A subjective assessment of weather conditions by the participants of the trip cannot be the basis for a decision on the implementation or cancellation of the trip.
- There is no refund in case of cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions. The tour may be postponed to another date.
