What To Expect

A driver from Bali Made Tour will meet you at the exit of the international or domestic terminal at Bali Airport. You can easily identify them by the sign displaying our company name, MyBaliTrips. 

Note: Included waiting time is up to 2 hours from the scheduled pickup time listed in your account. Extra waiting time (more than 2 hours) is payable in cash directly to the driver: 100,000 IDR per hour.

For a night transfer, an additional charge of 50,000 rupees per car is paid on the spot in cash to the driver. Night transfer times from 23.00 to 05.00.

If your flight is delayed, please contact the driver directly using the phone number provided in your personal account. You can change the driver's pickup time no later than 3 hours before the originally scheduled time.

Important information:

  • Bali Airport offers free Wi-Fi. For quicker coordination with your driver, we recommend connecting to the internet immediately upon arrival.
  • If the transfer is arranged less than 24 hours before your flight arrival/departure, our company is not responsible for fulfilling your order.
  • If you want to change the pickup time assigned by the transport company, please contact us through the online chat on our website and inform the manager. Otherwise, the driver will wait for you at the time specified in your account.

  • If your driver is unresponsive, please contact us via the online chat on our website. Our support team is available daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM (GMT+8).
  • For assistance outside these hours, you can reach the on-call manager of the transport company through WhatsApp. Please provide your full name (as stated in your booking in English) and mention that you are a MyBaliTrips customer.
  • During nighttime hours, you can also use our emergency chat on Telegram.
  • All contact numbers are available in your personal account.

Cancellation Policy

  • We provide a refund for the service, with a 10% deduction from the payment amount, if the customer cancels at least 3 hours before the event begins, or if they can provide an official hospital document.
  • Refunds are processed using the exchange rate determined by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
  • We provide a full refund if the service provider is unable to deliver the service.
  • We assess refund requests within 5 calendar days from the date of the customer's application.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days from the date of the customer's request.

Extra charge:

  • if you travel more than 4 people, we recommend you to book 2 transfers or contact the manager via online chat to choose another car model and price arrangement
  • surcharge for overnight transfer from 11:00 pm and 5:00 am
