What To Expect
Day 1
Departure: Arrive at Sanur port 30 minutes before the Semabu Hills boat departs at 07:30 AM. Check in at the Semabu Hills office. After registration, keep your ticket in a safe place, as you will need it for registration on the return journey.
Journey to Nusa Penida: Enjoy a 40-minute boat ride to Nusa Penida. Upon arrival, a driver holding a "MyBaliTrips" sign will greet you.
Explore Nusa Penida’s Top Attractions:
- Kelingking Beach: Snap iconic photos at this famous viewpoint.
- Broken Beach: Marvel at the natural rock formations.
- Angel’s Billabong: Visit this natural infinity pool.
- Crystal Bay
Lunch: Around 14:30, savor Indonesian cuisine at the Green Kubu restaurant (not included in the price).
Hotel Check-in: After lunch, check into hotel and unwind as the sun sets.
Day 2
Morning Snorkeling: At 08:00 AM, transfer to your snorkeling adventure. Explore 3-4 spectacular spots: Manta Bay, Crystal Bay, Gamat Bay, and Toya Pakeh. Enjoy the vibrant marine life and stunning underwater scenery.
Return to Hotel: After snorkeling, shower and pack your belongings. Check out by 12:00 noon.
Transfer to Port: Relax at the hotel restaurant until your transfer to the port for the return boat to Bali, departing at 13:30.
Important Information
- If you have ordered a private transfer, please note that the transfer is provided by a third-party transport company, and the driver will meet you strictly at the time specified in the tour program.
- If you return earlier, the transport company is not responsible for the driver's availability outside of the agreed time. The cancellation of the transfer is governed by the policy on the website. You can try to arrange a different time by contacting the driver of the transport company (the number is in your personal account) at least 1.5 to 2 hours before your arrival at Bali port. You can also comfortably wait for your boat flight at Maruti Beach Clubs, which is just a 2-minute walk from the port.
- Keelingking beach descent: The descent and ascent to Keelingking Beach can take more than 2 hours, which may affect your visit to other locations. You can extend the driver rental on-site if needed.
- Early arrival: If you arrive at the port early, enjoy a coffee at Marutti Beach Club, 100 meters from the port.
- Harbor tax: A 25,000 rupee tax is required upon arrival at Nusa Penida.
- Meals: Lunch and dinner at the hotel/restaurant/warung are additional charges.
- Snorkeling conditions: The snorkeling schedule may change based on ocean conditions; decisions are made by the hotel.
- Manta rays: Seeing manta rays is not guaranteed.
- Language: Indonesian drivers may not speak fluent English. Feel free to ask for directions to attractions.

Cancellation Policy
• We give a refund for the service retaining 10% of the payment amount, if the customer makes the cancellation at least 48 hours before the event starts or if there is an official document from the hospital.
• Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.

• We review the issue of a refund up to 5 calendar days from the date of costumer's application.

Hotel Kamasan Cottage 3* Cancellation Policy:
• If the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to arrival, there is no penalty.
• If the cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to arrival, a penalty of 100% of the booking cost will be charged.
