Wonderful trip, very eventful and interesting, beautiful nature, very friendly and caring guide, heartfelt, I will definitely go again!

I went on a bike tour in Bali where it was advertised as a harmonious holiday for children and adults. Halfway through, the instructor stopped us and said in English that there would now be a steep descent and climb. I asked not to go, to which the instructor paid no attention and went with the other guys from the tour. As a result of the steep descent, I applied the brakes several times but they did not work. I fell and my neck cracked, there was a severe concussion, big scrapes on my legs, my hand was bloody and shaking from pain, the blood wouldn't stop. The instructor spent five minutes looking for a first aid kit, and it was clear from his face that he had never bandaged anyone's wounds before, let alone bloody ones; he applied a bandage to the wound and thought that was all. My companions saw all this, and the driver suggested heading to the nearest first aid point. I arrived there within 20 minutes, we were just driving. My body was seizing, my hands were shaking, my head hurt terribly, I cried the whole way with sobbing cries. We arrived at the medical point; the doctor was in a consultation and didn't hurry to help me until she finished with one patient, although she could see my condition. Then she poured hydrogen peroxide on the bloody wound, after which she applied iodine, which burned terribly in addition to the peroxide. After that, they applied cream and started to bandage the hand that was shaking in spasms. They suggested painkillers, antibiotics, and other medicines to me, to which the driver exchanged glances with the doctor and said it was necessary; she said so that there would be no infection. Then she treated the scrapes with peroxide and examined the whole body. After which, she let me go. She didn't even check my head for a concussion, my neck began to fail. In general, I left the medical point where the driver suggested going to eat. I was shaking; I tried to calm down; there was no question of any harmonious leisure with children there. I ate, and the driver took me to the last hotel where they dropped off my Singaporean fellow traveler, and I was left a little away from this hotel on my bike. That’s how the terrible, non-harmonious trip from MyBaliTrips went. When I wrote to support asking them to compensate me for my moral damage during the tour and return the money, they replied, "We regret that this happened to you, but we will not return the money for the accident you had." When such poor service and incorrect safety for their clients occur, any company respecting its name returns 100% of the money. But here, there are not people working who really provide all the help in escorting the tour from start to finish; there are beasts working here who act selfishly and vilely towards clients.

It was amazing! In addition to the scenic route, our guide Kadek told us many interesting things about the way of life in Bali. I also want to note that the guide was very positive, constantly encouraging and helping on difficult sections of the route.
