What To Expect
Day 1. Island Arrival and Exploration
- Transfer to Padang Bai Port: Your adventure begins with a seamless transfer from your hotel or villa by Ostina Transport Company. Be ready at the designated time at the entrance of your accommodation for a prompt pick-up.
Once at Padang Bay Port, locate the Ostina boat company office to check in for your speed boat journey. Keep your ticket safe for the return trip. - 09:30 – Speed Boat Departure: Embark on a 2.5-hour speed boat ride to the stunning Gili Air Island.
- Main Program: Upon arrival at Gili Air, a representative from Royal Regantris Karang Villa, holding a "Mybalitrips" sign, will welcome you and escort you to the hotel.
- Snorkeling Adventure: After checking in, prepare for an exhilarating 4-hour snorkeling excursion. Explore two vibrant coral gardens teeming with colorful fish. Swim among the famous underwater statues near Gili Meno and experience the thrill of swimming with large sea turtles.
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant on Gili Meno (cost not included in the tour). - Evening Exploration: Enjoy free time in the evening to explore Gili Air at your own pace. Relish the tranquil atmosphere of this traffic-free island, perfect for those seeking peace and quiet.
Day 2. Departure and Return
- Sunrise and Breakfast: Wake up early to witness a breathtaking dawn and enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the hotel.
- 11:30 – Return Sailing Check-In: Check in for your return journey at the Ostina office. Be prepared for potential boat delays by bringing hats and water to stay comfortable on the beach.
- Return to Padang Bai Port: Upon arriving at Padang Bay, visit the boat company's ticket office to arrange your group transfer. Arrival times will vary based on distance and road conditions.
Important Information:
- Snorkeling Program: The itinerary may change based on weather conditions as determined by the boat captain.
- Harbor Taxes: A harbor tax of 10,000 IDR per person (Padangbai) and 20,000 IDR per person (Gili Islands) is applicable. Pay 20,000 IDR upon arrival at Gili.
- Return Transfer: The return transfer is complex and may take 4-5 hours, depending on traffic, boat delays, and your hotel's location. Ostina guarantees transfer to a central district point, not directly to your hotel.
- Weather Conditions: For safety, the boat company may switch to a ferry crossing in case of bad weather in the Lombok Strait.

Cancellation Policy
- The refund for the service is made in full if the cancellation is made by the client more than 4 days before the start of the tour.
- In case of cancellation less than 4 days before the event, the payment will not be refunded.
- Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- A full refund is made if the contractor (provider) is unable to provide the service in full.
- The deadline for consideration of a refund is up to 5 calendar days from the date of application.
- The refund period is up to 14 calendar days from the date of application.
- The decision to cancel the tour due to weather conditions is made on the basis of official information about weather conditions that prevent the safe conduct of the event. The service provider has experience and knowledge about the weather conditions on the route of the trip. A subjective assessment of weather conditions by the participants of the trip cannot be the basis for a decision on the implementation or cancellation of the trip.
- There is no refund in case of cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions. The tour may be postponed to another date.
