What To Expect
The opening hours of Waterbom Bali are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m every day. We advise you to come early in the morning to have enough time to enjoy all the attractions and relax as well.
At the Waterbom come to the ticket counter and give to the cashier the printed copy of a ticket. The cashier provides you with a digital bracelet, you can make all the payments with it on the territory of the waterpark. We advise you to put 300 000 IDR on the deposit. If it's not enough, you can top up your account anytime in one of the terminals at the waterpark. If you don't spend all the money, you get the rest at the refund counter afterwards.
After you get the bracelet, come with one of the terminals. Welcome to Waterbom!
You can change in changing rooms with lockers.
Important information:
- Valuables lockers are paid additionally. It costs 35 000 IDR for a regular locker and 45 000 IDR for family locker. You get a bracelet – digital key for the locker. A deposit of 30 000 IDR is applied to each locker hire for return at the end of the day.

Cancellation Policy
- We give a refund for the service retaining 10% of the payment amount, if the customer makes the cancellation at least 48 hours before the event starts or if there is an official document from the hospital.
- Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- We give a full refund in case the provider can't render the service.
- We review the issue of a refund up to 5 calendar days from the date of costumer's application.
- We provide a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of costumer's application.
