What To Expect
Early in the morning at the airport or near your hotel on Flores Island in Labuan Bajo, you will be greeted by a companion.
Exactly at 05:30 am local time, the boat departs from the port and follows the following tour program:
Padar Island (trekking) - Pink sand beach (snorkeling) - Komodo National Park (trekking with a ranger in the park in search of Komodo dragons).
At 6:00 pm, the program ends, after which the transfer will take you back to your hotel or airport.
Important note:
- Depending on weather or other conditions, the tour program can be changed at the discretion of the captain. The program will be equivalent in cost and interest.
Cancellation Policy
- We provide a refund for the service, with a 10% deduction from the payment amount, if the customer cancels at least 150 days before the event begins, or if they can provide an official hospital document.
- Refunds are processed using the exchange rate determined by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- We provide a full refund if the service provider is unable to deliver the service.
- We assess refund requests within 5 calendar days from the date of the customer's application.
- Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days from the date of the customer's request.
