What To Expect

 

If you have not booked an additional transfer, you will need to make your own way to the rafting club.

At the Raft Club: Upon arrival, our instructors outfit you with all necessary gear, including life jackets, helmets, and paddles. Receive a comprehensive safety briefing in English before boarding your raft.

Rafting on the Ayung River: Spend two thrilling hours rafting along the Ayung River's 10-kilometer stretch, with a brief stop for relaxation along the way. Choose from morning (09:00 or 11:30) or afternoon (13:00) departures.

Buffet Lunch: After your adventure, enjoy a hearty buffet lunch. Please note, tea, coffee, and water are not included.

    I loved the views and the fact that there were only three of us in the boat, not overcrowded like the others. There's a shower on-site, and they provide towels. At the end, you get a free meal. Definitely worth the money!

Cancellation Policy

  • We give a refund for the service retaining 10% of the payment amount, if the customer makes the cancellation at least 48 hours before the event starts or if there is an official document from the hospital.
  • Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
  • We give a full refund in case the provider can't render the service.
  • We review the issue of a refund up to 5 calendar days from the date of custumer's application.
  • We provide a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of costumer's application.

  • track length is 10 km
