What To Expect
The road to Nusa Penida
Find the office of the Maruti company (the location of the office on Google maps is in your personal account)
After you have registered for the boat, save your ticket in a safe place, as you will need this ticket to register on the way back.
On the island of Nusa Penida
- The boat departs from the port of Sanur at 07:30 in the morning. It will take about 40 minutes to get to Nusa Penida Island. A representative of the company will meet you at the port. At the company's office, you will be given fins, a mask and a snorkel. Valuables can be left in lockers at the dive club.
- Then, together with the rest of the participants, you will go snorkeling. The program usually includes 3 spots: Manta Bay, where you can swim with huge manta rays, Gamat Bay and Toyapakeh.
After snorkeling, you will have lunch at an Indonesian cafe in the dive club. - Then you will have free time on the island or you can go back to Bali by day boat (availability of places need to be specified)
The evening boat to Bali departs from Nusa Penida Island at 16:30.
Important information
- MyBaliTrips.com is not responsible for the presence of manta rays on snorkeling (clause 7.3 of the user agreement)
- If on the day of snorkeling there are big waves at Manta Bay, then for your safety the company has the right to replace this spot with Crystal Bay or another one
- During the low tide you must get on the boat from the shore. We advise you to take coral shoes to make it easier to get on and off the boat
Cancellation Policy
- We give a refund for the service retaining 10% of the payment amount, if the customer makes the cancellation at least 24 hours before the event starts or if there is an official document from the hospital.
- Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- We give a full refund in case the provider can't render the service.
- We review the issue of a refund up to 5 calendar days from the date of costumer's application.
- We provide a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of costumer's application.

Please note:
- Nusa Penida island is about 40 minutes' drive away
- if necessary take pills for motion sickness before boarding the boats
- boarding on a high-speed boat will be performed without designated pier
- the program can be changed due to weather conditions
- for people with average physical abilities
