At 8:00 - 9:00 AM, our friendly driver from Alam Paragliding will pick you up directly from your hotel or villa. Relax and wait at your hotel's reception or nearby villa.

Cap off your day with an exhilarating paragliding flight. Your experienced instructor will equip you and provide a briefing before taking off from the launch pad for an unforgettable 15-minute tandem flight in Bukit Asah.

By 6:00 - 7:00 PM, you'll be back at your accommodation. Exact return times may vary due to traffic and location.

Cancellation Policy
- We give a refund for the service, if the customer makes the cancellation at least 24 hours before the event starts or if there is an official document on hospitalization from the hospital.
- Cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions is accepted on the basis of official information about weather conditions that impede the safe conduct of events on the part of the performer (provider). No trip, for security reasons, will be allowed if there is a ban on its implementation;
- A subjective assessment of weather conditions by the participants of the trip cannot be the basis for a decision to carry out or cancel the trip;
- Refunds in case of cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions are not
- produced. The tour may be rescheduled for another date;
- Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- We give a full refund in case the provider can't render the service.
- We review the issue of a refund under 5 business days from the date of custumer's application.
- We provide a refund under 14 banking days from the moment the decision on the return is agreed.
