What To Expect
At 8:00-9:00 in the morning, the driver of the Alam Paragliding transport company will arrive at your hotel/villa. You need to wait for the car at the reception of your hotel or near the villa.
The road will run along wild beaches with black volcanic sand and ancient temples. The site offers views of Mount Agung and the nearby island of Nusa Penida.
The first stop will be the Blue Lagoon snorkeling spot, home to many bright corals, small colorful fish and moray eels. It is almost always quiet, calm and there are no big waves. Sometimes huge sea turtles come to the lagoon and if you are lucky, you will meet these good-natured animals.
Then you will go to Virgin Beach, where you can relax on the soft white sand.
After a beach holiday, a breathtaking paragliding flight awaits you. The instructor will give you all the necessary equipment. Then you will listen to the briefing and go to the launch pad. The flight takes place in tandem with the instructor and lasts 15 minutes.
During the flight, you will be given a gopro camera that will shoot not only breathtaking views, but also your smile. Immediately after the flight, all videos and photos will be sent to your phone.
In the evening at 18:00-19:00 you will already return to your hotel or villa. The exact time of arrival at the hotel depends on the traffic situation and the remoteness of your hotel.
Important information:
- for a safe paragliding flight, the maximum passenger weight should not exceed 100 kilograms.
- paragliding flights are very dependent on weather conditions and wind. You need to find out the possibility of making flights day-to-day. If flights are not possible, the cost will be refunded.
- if during the tour you want to visit an additional location on the east coast, inform the manager in advance.

Cancellation Policy
- We give a refund for the service, if the customer makes the cancellation at least 24 hours before the event starts or if there is an official document on hospitalization from the hospital.
- Cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions is accepted on the basis of official information about weather conditions that impede the safe conduct of events on the part of the performer (provider). No trip, for security reasons, will be allowed if there is a ban on its implementation;
- A subjective assessment of weather conditions by the participants of the trip cannot be the basis for a decision to carry out or cancel the trip;
- Refunds in case of cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions are not
- produced. The tour may be rescheduled for another date;
- Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- We give a full refund in case the provider can't render the service.
- We review the issue of a refund under 5 business days from the date of custumer's application.
- We provide a refund under 14 banking days from the moment the decision on the return is agreed.
