What To Expect
Morning Transfer: Your adventure begins with a prompt pickup by Yellow Garden Adventures from your hotel or villa. Relax and await your transfer to the rafting club in Ubud.
At the Raft Club: Upon arrival, our instructors outfit you with all necessary gear, including life jackets, helmets, and paddles. Receive a comprehensive safety briefing in English before boarding your raft.
Rafting on the Ayung River: Spend two thrilling hours rafting along the Ayung River's 10-kilometer stretch, with a brief stop for relaxation along the way.
Choose from morning (09:00 or 11:30) or afternoon (13:00) departures.
Buffet Lunch: After your adventure, enjoy a hearty buffet lunch. Please note, tea, coffee, and water are not included.
Return Transfer: Your journey concludes with a comfortable return transfer to your hotel or villa. Ensure a hassle-free trip back with our convenient group transfer option, or inquire about private transfers for a personalized experience.
Important Information:
- If you have booked rafting with a transfer for one person, please check the availability of a group transfer for your dates. If a group transfer is not available, an additional fee for the transfer may apply. Please confirm the details with your manager.
- The transfer will take you back to your hotel or villa. The arrival time depends on traffic and your destination.

Cancellation Policy
- We give a refund for the service retaining 10% of the payment amount, if the customer makes the cancellation at least 48 hours before the event starts or if there is an official document from the hospital.
- Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- We give a full refund in case the provider can't render the service.
- We review the issue of a refund up to 5 calendar days from the date of custumer's application.
- We provide a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of costumer's application.
