Cancellation Policy
- Refunds are issued with a 10% fee deducted from the total payment if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the start of the event or upon presentation of an official hospital document confirming hospitalization.
- If the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the tour start time, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
- If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the tour start time, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
- Refunds will be processed based on the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- Refund requests are reviewed within 5 calendar days from the date of the request.

Hotel Jambuluwuk Hotel Cancellation Policy:
- Low Season: If the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to arrival, there is no penalty.
- Low Season: If the cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to arrival, a penalty of one night of the booking cost will be charged.
- High/Peak Season: If the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to arrival, there is no penalty.
- High/Peak Season: If the cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to arrival, a penalty of 100% of the booking cost will be charged.
