Mount Batur ATV Tour

My girlfriend had been trying to talk me into going somewhere to watch the sunrise for ages. But getting up at four in the morning just to drink some coffee and watch the sun come up was the last thing I wanted to do. In the end we found the perfect compromise: she got her sunrise, I got quad bikes. We took a tandem one, but ended up swapping places constantly. At first I did most of the driving, and then my girlfriend gave it a try herself. She got the hang of it right away and liked it so much that I literally had to beg to get back behind the handlebars. The feeling was incredible. You ride along volcanic roads, it gradually gets lighter around you, views of the mountains open up, and then the sunrise begins. In the end it was beautiful for her and fun for me, though in reality we both enjoyed it equally. In my opinion, it's the perfect way to watch the sunrise in Bali.

I just wanted to try riding an ATV once, but in the end it seems I've found myself a new hobby. At first it was a little scary, especially when I saw the route and realized that I would actually have to ride it myself. But literally after a little while the fear disappeared somewhere and it just became incredibly fun. A special huge thank you to the team. The guys are amazing, they were very supportive, explained everything, gave tips on the difficult sections, and generally kept creating the feeling that you can do it. That's probably exactly why I relaxed so quickly and started enjoying the ride. And completely unexpectedly I met some great people there, with whom we kept in touch for a long time after the tour. All in all, I went just to try out ATVs, and came back happy, dirty, with a bunch of new acquaintances and a huge desire to ride more. Now I want to try a more difficult route.
