What To Expect
Day 1. Arrival and Island Exploration
- Transfer: A prompt pickup by Ostina transport takes you to Padang Bai port from your villa or hotel reception.
- Check-in and Departure: Arrive at Ostina boat company office for check-in at 09:30. Your speedy journey to Gili Air Island via a high-speed boat awaits, approximately 2.5 hours.
- Arrival: Welcomed by a Tipsea Turtle Gili Air Hotel representative with a "Mybalitrips" sign, you'll be escorted to your accommodation.
- Hotel Activities: Upon settling in, visit the on-site dive center to complete a medical questionnaire. Enjoy leisure time to explore the island by bicycle, try SUP, or savor a sunset ocean view.
Day 2. Dive Adventures
- Morning Dive: Gather at 08:30 for an exciting first dive experience.
- Free Time: Enjoy leisurely activities until the afternoon dive session at 13:30.
- Evening: Spend the evening at your leisure.
Day 3. Sunrise and Departure
- Early Start: Wake early to catch a breathtaking sunrise followed by breakfast at your hotel.
- Check-out: At 10:45, check-in at Ostina office for your return journey. Be prepared with hats and water for potential beach wait during boat delays.
- Return Journey: Expect a return journey of 4-5 hours, contingent on traffic and boat schedules. Organize your onward travel from Padang Bay port upon arrival.
Important Information:
- Diving locations are selected based on weather conditions and participant readiness.
- Harbor taxes: A harbor tax of 10,000 IDR per person (Padangbai) and 20,000 IDR per person (Gili Islands) is applicable. Pay 20,000 IDR upon arrival at Gili.
- Return transfers are organized centrally, not directly to hotels.
- In case of adverse weather, ferry crossings may replace boat transfers for safety.

Cancellation Policy
- The refund for the service is made in full if the cancellation is made by the client more than 7 days before the start of the tour.
- A refund for the service is made with a deduction of 50% of the payment amount if the cancellation is made by the client at least 24 hours before the start of the event.
- In case of cancellation on the day of the event, the payment will not be refunded.
- Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- A full refund is made if the contractor (provider) is unable to provide the service in full.
- The deadline for consideration of a refund is up to 5 calendar days from the date of application.
- The refund period is up to 14 calendar days from the date of application.
- The decision to cancel the tour due to weather conditions is made on the basis of official information about weather conditions that prevent the safe conduct of the event. The service provider has experience and knowledge about the weather conditions on the route of the trip. A subjective assessment of weather conditions by the participants of the trip cannot be the basis for a decision on the implementation or cancellation of the trip.
- There is no refund in case of cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions. The tour may be postponed to another date.
