What To Expect
Morning transfer to Mount Abang
The driver of Como Bali Tour transport company arrives at your hotel at a scheduled time; you should wait for the car at the reception of your hotel or in front of your villa. The transfer goes to Mount Abang when everyone gathers. At the meeting point, you will meet your guide, who will hold a short briefing and provide flashlights.
Climbing Mount Abang
Climbing Mount Abang starts at 3 a.m. To make the trekking to the height of 2 151 meters above the sea more comfortable, there are several stops on the way. You will climb to the top of the mount at sunrise. There reveals an amazing view of caldera and the mountain lake, surrounded with the morning mist. On the top of the mount, a light breakfast with bread, boiled egg, fresh fruit and tea or coffee will be served for you. You will have plenty of time to enjoy the sunrise and take beautiful pictures. Then you will start the tracking back to the meeting point. The driver will meet you at the parking area.
Return transfer
After everybody gathers, the transfer starts and takes you back to your hotel or villa. The arrival time depends on traffic and your destination.

- In accordance with paragraph 7.3.3 of the Terms and Conditions, MyBaliTrips.com Company is not responsible for weather conditions on the date of your climb. The weather on the top of Abang Mount is unpredictable; fog, rain and low visibility are possible on the climb, especially in the rain season;
- if an individual transfer from three or more different areas, then the surcharge for the car is 150 000 rupiah.
Cancellation Policy
- Refunds for the service are issued with a 50% deduction from the payment amount if the cancellation is made less than 6 hours before the event start time.
- Full refunds are provided if the cancellation is made more than 6 hours prior to the event.
- Refunds are processed at the currency exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- A full refund is granted if the service provider (operator) is unable to deliver the service in full.
- The review period for refund requests is up to 5 business days from the date of application.
- The refund processing time is up to 5 banking days from the date of approval of the refund request.
