What To Expect
Morning transfer
Transfer, provided by Bali Hai Cruise company, arrives at scheduled time and brings you to Benoa harbor. The driver picks you up at the reception of your hotel or in front of your villa.
Tour description
8:25 am - arrival to Benoa Harbor, where you can enjoy coffee or tea aboard the sailing catamaran. 9:00 am - departure to Nusa Lembongan Island. During the 2 hours voyage you will be able to troll fishing from the ship deck and grill your catch at the Beach Club restaurant.
11:00 am - the catamaran arrives at the floating platform at Mushroom Bay, where a small motorboat will take you to the High Tide Beach Club on shore of Nusa Lembongan. Here you can enjoy swimming in the pool and sunbathing with the sounds of the waves, explore the surroundings with a kayak or SUP paddle board, admire relaxing massage or play beach volleyball, explore underwater life in an Aquanauts helmet or by scuba dive and have a ride on a banana boat.(massage, helmet and diving equipment are provided at an additional cost).
Your little pirates will love spending time in the Kids Club where friendly professional staff has prepared for them a bunch of fun games and even a treasure hunt .
Lunch in the pool restaurant will be available for guests of the cruise from 12:30 pm till 14:00 pm. You'll enjoy delicious grilled fish, salads and refreshments and a range of signature cocktails from the Beach Club Bar. You can also join a short tour to a traditional local village with a small seaweed farm.
The way back
At 15:45 pm, the motorboat will take you back to the pontoon. 16:00 pm - departure back to Benoa Harbor. Water and light snacks will be available on board.
Aproxx by 18:30 pm the yacht will arrive in Bali. The exact arrival time depends on weather and current conditions.

At the harbor the driver from Bali Hai Cruise will meet you at the pier or at the parking area.
When everyone is ready the transfer will bring you back to your hotel or villa.

* the choice of boat is at the discretion of Bali Hai Cruise and depends on the number of passengers. Before the trip the company manager will inform you about the selected boat for the cruise.
* helmet and diving equipment are provided at an additional cost
* a la carte food and drinks at the Beach Club at an additional cost

Cancellation Policy
- We give a refund for the service retaining 10% of the payment amount, if the customer makes the cancellation at least 48 hours before the event starts or if there is an official document from the hospital.
- Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
