What To Expect
If you've booked a transfer, a driver will pick you up from your hotel or villa and take you to Tanjung Benoa Port. Please wait at your hotel reception or villa entrance.
9:00 AM - Set sail to Nusa Penida! Enjoy coral fishing with all the gear provided during the first stop, just 40 minutes in.
Discover top spots like Manta Point, where you can swim with giant manta rays, guided by our expert.
Around noon, savor a snack on board or a lunch on Nusa Penida with views of Bali’s majestic Mount Agung.
After lunch, unwind your way—fish, snorkel, or lounge on a float at secluded beaches.
Depart Nusa Lembongan at 4:00 PM and arrive back at Tanjung Benoa Port in 40-50 minutes. Your transfer will then take you back to your hotel or villa.
Cancellation Policy
- Refunds will be issued with a 10% deduction if the cancellation is made by the client at least 14 days before the event or upon presentation of an official medical document.
- If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the trip, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied.
- Refunds will be processed according to the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the payment date.
- A full refund will be provided if the service provider is unable to deliver the service in full.
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 calendar days from the date of submission.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date the refund decision is made.
- Cancellations due to weather conditions will be based on official weather reports indicating that it is unsafe to proceed. Trip organizers possess the necessary expertise and knowledge of the route's weather conditions. For safety reasons, no trip will be permitted if a weather ban is in place.
- Participants' subjective assessments of weather conditions will not be considered a valid reason for deciding to proceed with or cancel the trip.
