Getting There

At the port, find the "Ostina" office. Arrive at the port 60 minutes before your boat's departure to complete the check-in process. After registration, keep your paper ticket with the detachable stub in a safe place, as you will need it for your return trip. The journey to Gili Trawangan, Gili Air, and Lombok takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Return Trip

To check in for your return trip from the Gili Islands or Lombok to Bali, visit the "Ostina" office 60 minutes before your boat's departure time and present your ticket.

Ticket information provided on the website is for reference only. Availability for specific dates and times must be confirmed with the manager.

Ostina offers group or private transfers from the following areas: Sanur, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Pepito Market Canggu, Jimbaran (McDonald's), Nusa Dua, Tanjung Benoa, Denpasar, Ubud (Ubud Central), and Padang Bai. The cost for a group transfer is Rp 60,000 per person one-way. Group or private transfers can be arranged through the manager.

A harbor tax of Rp 10,000 per person is payable before departing from Padang Bai port to the Gili Islands.

A harbor tax of Rp 20,000 per person is payable at the Gili port before arrival and before boarding the boat back to Bali. The total tax amount for both directions is Rp 40,000 per person.

Taxes are not included in the ticket price and must be paid separately.

If you do not check in at the company office before your trip from the Gili Islands, the fare on the local boat may vary.

Due to bad weather in the Lombok Strait, for safety reasons, the boat company may transfer you to a ferry for crossing between the Gili Islands and Bali or vice versa.

Transporting animals on speed boats to the Gili Islands or Lombok is prohibited by Indonesian law.

The boat company reserves the right to transfer you to another company's boat, provided that less than 50% of the tickets from all seats are sold out.

The support service works great, they answered all the questions and gave all the tips. The staff at the port registration are also polite and will help with all questions. But the boat itself, which took us to the islands, was very terrible: it was stuffy inside, the air conditioner did not work, and there were cockroaches everywhere. It was very comfortable on the way back. There was another boat, clean and with air conditioning. It was comfortable inside. But it rocks the same both ways.
