What to expect

Getting there: Arrive at the port 60 minutes before your boat departure time. At the port, locate the Eka Jaya office and check in for your trip (the office location on Google Maps will be provided in your account). Please keep your paper ticket in a safe place, as you'll need it for your return journey.

The trip to Lombok Island will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Return trip: To check in for your return trip from Lombok Island to Bali, please visit the Eka Jaya office 60 minutes before your boat's departure time and present your ticket (the office location will be indicated on Google Maps in your account).

Ticket information on the website is for reference only. For availability on specific dates and times, please confirm with the manager.

Due to weather conditions in the Lombok Strait, for safety reasons, the boat company reserves the right to transfer you to a ferry for the crossing from Lombok to Bali or from Lombok to the Gili Islands.

Transporting animals on speed boats to Lombok Island is prohibited by Indonesian law.

Понравилась организация и само путешествие на корабле. Русскоязычный менеджер был все время на связи. Так как у меня не было карты Visa, было предложено заплатить наличными в магазине шаговой доступности. После оплаты через кассу магазина в системе моментально отразилась информация об оплате и появился электронный билет. При регистрации в порту в офисе компании-перевозчика бесплатно выдали дождевики, так как шел дождь. Сам корабль большой, комфортабельных, чистый и современный. На борту продают напитки и пиво. На верхней палубе на воздухе можно курить. В общем не сравнить с маленькими катерами других перевозчиков. Рекомендую. На комфорте экономить не нужно
