At the port, find the "Wijaya Tramena/Buyuk" office. Arrive at the port 60 minutes before your boat's departure to complete the check-in process. After registration, keep your paper ticket with the detachable stub in a safe place, as you will need it for your return trip. The journey to Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno, Gili Air, and Lombok takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.

To check in for your return trip from the Gili Islands or Lombok to Bali, visit the "Wijaya Tramena/Buyuk" office 60 minutes before your boat's departure time and present your ticket.

Yes, everything is great, I traveled well, when I decided to stay a couple of days longer, they rescheduled my ticket to another date without any problems
The support service works great, they answered all the questions and gave all the tips. The staff at the port registration are also polite and will help with all questions. But the boat itself, which took us to the islands, was very terrible: it was stuffy inside, the air conditioner did not work, and there were cockroaches everywhere. It was very comfortable on the way back. There was another boat, clean and with air conditioning. It was comfortable inside. But it rocks the same both ways.
