What To Expect

Getting There

At the port, you will need to find the Golden Queen office. You should arrive at the port 60 minutes before the boat's departure time to have time for the check-in process. Once you've checked in for your trip, keep your paper ticket with tear-off pages in a safe place as you will need this ticket for check-in on your return journey.

The journey to Gili Trawangan, Gili Air and Lombok takes around 2-3 hours.

Return Trip

When it's time to return from the Gili/Lombok islands, you should come to the Golden Queen company office 60 minutes prior to the boat's departure for check-in. The return trip to Bali will also take around 2-3 hours.

Attention:

• the information about tickets provided on the website is for informational purposes. The availability of tickets for a specific date and time must be checked with the manager;
• Harbor tax is applicable for passengers departing from Padangbai (10.000 idr per person) and Gili Islands (20.000 idr per person). A charge of 20.000 idr per person has to be paid upon arrival at Gili. Taxes are not included in the ticket price.
• if you did not check in at the company office before your trip from Gili, the price of ticket may differ;
• in case of bad weather in the Lombok Strait, for safety reasons, the boat company has the right to transfer you to a ferry to cross from the Gili Islands to Bali or from Bali to Gili.
• according to Indonesian law, transport of animals on board of speedboat to Gili Islands / Lombok is prohibited.
