Boats schedule
Boats to Gili Trawangan, Gili Air and Gili Meno depart from the Padang Bay Port at 09:00.
Boats to Gili Trawangan, Gili Air and Gili Meno depart from Padang Bayat 11:30 through Senggigi Port of Lombok.
Boats depart from Lombok (Bangsal port) at 12:00 and 15:30, Gili Air depart at 11:30 и 15:00, Gili Meno departat 11:15 and 14:45, Gili Trawangan depart at 11:00 and 14:30.
What To Expect
Getting there
In the port, you will need to locate the Eka jaya company office. You must arrive at the port 60 minutes before the departure time of the boat in order to have time to check in for the trip. Once you have checked in for your trip, keep your paper ticket with tear-off pages in a safe place as you will need this ticket for check-in on your return journey.
A journey to Gili Trawangan, Gili Air and Lombok takes around 2 hours and 30 minutey.
Return trip
It is time to come back from the paradise islands to Bali. To check in for a return trip, you need to come to the Eka Jaya company office 60 minutes prior to the boat departure.
Attention:
- at the entrance to the pier before boarding the boat to Gili islands and before departing back to Bali, a government tax of 10 000 rupiah per person required to be paid ( total tax 20 000 rupiah per person, both ways);
- if you did not check in at the company office before your trip from Gili, the local boat rate may differ;
- in case of bad weather in the Lombok Strait, in the interest of security, the boat company reserves the right to transfer you to the ferry cruising between Gili Island and Bali;
- there are no pier on Gili Meno, therefore the boats moor directly on the sandy beach;
- according to the new rules for travel within Indonesia, to board the boat you must provide the following documents:
adults ages 18 and above: In case of a full set of vaccination and booster: vaccination certificate only; In case of no vaccination due to medical reasons: a health certificate only from the public hospital;
children and adolescents ages 6 to 17: In case of a full set of vaccination and booster: vaccination certificate only; In case of no vaccination due to medical reasons: a health certificate only from the public hospital;
children under 6 years of age: not required to present the certificate and test results, but must travel with an adult who has met all vaccination or health certificate requirements;
Only persons with required documents are allowed onboard.

Cancellation Policy
- We give a refund for the service retaining 10% of the order amount, if the customer makes the cancellation at least 7 days before the event starts or if there is an official document about hospitalization.
- Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- We give a full refund in case the provider can't render the service.
- We review the issue of a refund up to 5 calendar days from the date of costumer's application.
- We provide a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of costumer's application. Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the return day of payment.
About payment:

- you can pay by cash in shops Alfamart
Extra charge:
- government tax of 10 000 rupiah for each passenger before boarding the boat to Gili islands
- government tax of 10 000 rupiah for each passenger before boarding the boat to Bali
- Individual transfer from / to hotel / villa is paid additionally
- the surcharge for Gili Meno trip is 35 000 rupiah per person
Remember to pack:
- vaccination certificate or health certificate from the public hospital
- passport photo for boarding
- face mask
- hand sanitizer
- nausea medication
- a hat, a long-sleeve shirt
- sunscreen with high SPF
- drinking water
Please note:
- children under 3 years old don’t need a ticket
- children under 6 do not need tests to board the boat
- you have to return from the Gili Islands no later than 2 days before departure from Bali
- ferry transfer to / from the Gili Islands might be necessary in case of bad weather in the Lombok Strait
