What To Expect
Day 1
10:30 Pick up and greet assist in Sultan Kaharuddin airport Sumbawa Besar, transfer to the village of Labuan Jambu
11:30 Stop off in Plampang for Lunch
13:30 Arrive in Labuan Jambu, Check in Guest House Alffiah Hotel
Free time
Day 2
04:00 Transfer from your hotel to where you'll board a motorboat heading to Whale Shark Point for snorkeling.
06:00 Arrive at Whale Shark Point for snorkeling. A light snack will be provided on the boat.
08:00 After snorkeling, head to Labuan Jambu Hotel for showering and breakfast.
11:00 Check-out from the hotel and transfer to Sumbawa Besar. Estimated travel time is 2 hours.
12:30 Estimated arrival time in Sumbawa Besar. Check-in at the hotel.
Day 3
Depending on your flight time, enjoy an early or late breakfast. Afterward, you'll have free time until your departure to the airport. At your designated time, a driver from the transportation company will meet you at the hotel reception.
Important information
- MyBaliTrips.com is not responsible for the presence of whale sharks on snorkeling (clause 7.3 of the user agreement);
- If there are large waves at the snorkeling spot on the scheduled day, for your safety, the company reserves the right to replace this spot with another one.
Cancellation Policy
- We give a refund for the service retaining 10% of the payment amount, if the customer makes the cancellation at least 3 days before the event starts or if there is an official document from the hospital.
- Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- We give a full refund in case the provider can't render the service.
- We review the issue of a refund up to 5 calendar days from the date of costumer's application.
- We provide a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of costumer's application.
