What To Expect

The Bali Eternity program will give you a boost of energy combined with gentle relaxation. Your spa adventure will begin with a traditional foot washing in a bath with fragrant sea salt. Then a warm oil massage awaits you. The fragrant oil will gently penetrate the skin, filling your body with useful elements and moisturizing the skin. The hands of a professional master will remove all the clamps and give your muscles a real relaxation. After that, you will have a milk bath and a traditional tea ceremony. And this celebration of self-love will be completed with a body lotion with frangipani and jasmine and a facial massage. Give yourself and your body a real heavenly pleasure!
Important information:
- It is better to come to the SPA 15 minutes before the start of the procedure to fill out a questionnaire about the general state of health and change clothes.
- If you wear contact lenses, it is recommended to remove them before starting the massage.
Cancellation Policy
- A full refund is made if the cancellation is made more than 21 days before the start, otherwise the amount of the fine is 50% of the cost of the service;
- The refund is made in IDR, or at the currency conversion rate set by the banks of Indonesia and the Recipient's bank on the day of payment;
- A full refund is made if the contractor (provider) is unable to provide the service in full;
- The deadline for consideration of a refund is up to 5 working days from the date of the request;
- The refund period is up to 14 working days from the date of the request.
