This 10-day retreat combines yoga, cultural sites, and time to rest, offering a well-balanced way to experience Bali — from the quieter east to the southern coast.
The journey begins in Candidasa, where the pace is slower and the coastline remains relatively untouched. Mornings start with yoga by the ocean, followed by snorkeling near Gili Tepekong. This part of the island reflects a more traditional side of Bali.
Further inland, you’ll visit sites such as Tirta Gangga and Taman Ujung Water Palace. The program also includes a water purification ritual at sacred springs. The route continues to Ubud, known for its forested surroundings, slower pace, and focus on culture and daily rituals.
The final part of the journey takes place in Nusa Dua, where you can spend time by the ocean, try surfing, or visit Uluwatu Temple on the cliffs above the sea.
A driver will meet you at the airport for your transfer to Bali’s east coast, in the Candidasa area. The journey leads away from the busy tourist areas to Puri Bagus Candidasa Resort. On arrival, you’ll be welcomed with a drink before settling into your villa set within a tropical garden.
The resort sits right on the shoreline of the Indian Ocean. You can spend your free time by the pool overlooking the water or take a walk along the beach. The first evening is best kept easy — a chance to rest after the flight and ease into the rhythm of the trip.

The day starts with a yoga session by the sea, led by an instructor. After breakfast, you’ll have free time to relax by the Indian Ocean or take a walk along the coast of Candidasa.
In the afternoon, a relaxing aroma massage is scheduled. The treatment helps ease muscle tension and improve circulation. In the evening, you can have dinner at the hotel’s restaurant overlooking the ocean.

After morning yoga and breakfast, you’ll head out to Gili Tepekong. This spot in the Indian Ocean is known for its marine life — while snorkeling, you can see schools of tropical fish and, in good conditions, sea turtles.
The evening is free to relax or take a walk along the coast. An early night is recommended, as the next day is more active.

After morning yoga and breakfast, you leave the coast and head inland. The day focuses on the cultural and architectural heritage of East Bali. The first stop is Goa Lawah Temple, a temple complex set near a cave inhabited by thousands of bats.
The route continues to Tirta Gangga, known for its pools and fountains, and Taman Ujung Water Palace, a former royal garden built around water. Before arriving in Ubud, there is a stop at Virgin Beach, a quiet stretch of white sand surrounded by cliffs.
The day ends with a transfer to Bagus Jati, set on a hillside among tropical forest. You’ll spend the next three nights in a traditional chalet with views over the jungle.
Accommodation: Bagus Jati 4*-Superior Chalet

The day starts with a yoga session surrounded by tropical forest. After breakfast, you’ll join a cooking class led by the hotel’s chef, who will introduce Balinese ingredients, spices, and traditional dishes.
The evening is set aside for the spa. A range of treatments is available, including Balinese massage, body wraps, and coffee scrubs. The focus is on relaxation and recovery in a quiet natural setting.

After your morning yoga session, you can head into Ubud, often seen as the cultural and spiritual center of the island. Daily life here reflects local traditions — from ceremonies and traditional dress to offerings carried through the streets.
You can spend the day exploring local markets and artisan shops, stopping at a café to watch the rhythm of the town, or walking through nearby rice terraces. Ubud is also known for its museums, including Blanco Renaissance Museum and Puri Lukisan Museum, which offer a closer look at Balinese art and history.
In the evening, you can return to the hotel and enjoy time at the spa.

The morning is focused on Balinese spiritual traditions. You’ll visit Sebatu Temple and a nearby waterfall, where a traditional water purification ritual takes place. The route also includes Tirta Empul Temple, known for its holy spring pools.
Later in the day, you’ll stop at the Tegalalang Rice Terraces, Alas Harum, and Tegenungan Waterfall.
In the evening, transfer to the south coast and check in at Ayodya Resort Bali. After a full day, you can unwind on the beach or have dinner overlooking the ocean.

This day is set aside for leisure in Nusa Dua. The area is known for its wide sandy beaches and calm, clear water. It’s a good moment to slow down — spend the morning by the ocean, walk along the coast, or stop for a fresh coconut at a beach club.
Nusa Dua is easy to explore without long transfers. The open-air Bali Collection shopping area is within walking distance, with shops and cafés. There are also landscaped parks nearby, and several beginner-friendly surf spots along the coast. To book a surf lesson, simply contact our team.

Another day to explore Nusa Dua at your own pace. You can rent a bicycle and ride through the area, with shaded streets and coastal paths making it comfortable even on a warm day.

One of the main highlights is Uluwatu Temple, set on a 70-meter cliff above the ocean, where monkeys are often seen.
Our team can assist with booking additional activities, including the Kecak dance performed at sunset near the temple.
