What To Expect
At the scheduled time, a driver from SemayaOne will arrive and wait for you at the entrance of your villa or at the hotel reception.
Set off on your own adventure and explore the amazing spots of Nusa Penida. Enjoy the ride and the safe driving. The drivers are punctual, attentive, and know the island well.
SemayaOne provides comfortable, air-conditioned cars. All vehicles are regularly maintained.
Important Information:
- For a minimum 6-hour rental, you can explore either the western or eastern part of the island. If you have more time, we recommend splitting your trip into 2 days.
- Each additional hour costs 75,000 IDR.
- If your route covers both the western and eastern parts of the island, there’s an extra charge of 200,000 IDR.
- If you start in the western part and travel to the eastern part (or vice versa), there’s also an extra charge of 200,000 IDR.
- Extra charges are to be paid in cash to the driver in Indonesian Rupiah.
- Note that there are no lights on the descents to beaches and natural attractions in Nusa Penida. Make sure to finish your sightseeing and return to your hotel before sunset.

Cancellation Policy
• A refund for the service is made if the cancellation is made by the client at least 24 hours before the start of the event or in the presence of an official document from a medical institution regarding hospitalization;
• If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, the penalty amount is 100%;
• Cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions is accepted based on official information about weather conditions that prevent the safe conduct of events. The organizers have experience and knowledge of the weather conditions along the travel route. No trip will be allowed for safety reasons if there is a ban on its implementation;
• A subjective assessment of weather conditions by participants in the trip cannot be the basis for a decision to proceed with or cancel the trip;
• Refunds for cancellations due to weather conditions are not provided. The tour can be rescheduled for another date;
• Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment;
• A full refund is provided in case the provider is unable to deliver the service in full;
• The processing time for refunds is up to 5 calendar days from the date of the request;
• The refund period is up to 14 calendar days from the date of the decision to refund.

- car capacity up to 4 people with luggage
- if you are traveling with children and the child does not occupy a separate place, then it does not need to be indicated in the booking form

- 75,000 IDR for each extra hour
- 200,000 IDR if your change your route from the western part of the island to the eastern part and vice versa
