a refund for the service is made if the cancellation is made by the client at least 24 hours before the start of the event or in the presence of an official document from a medical institution regarding hospitalization;

if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, the penalty amount is 100%;

cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions is accepted based on official information about weather conditions that prevent the safe conduct of events. The organizers have experience and knowledge of the weather conditions along the travel route. No trip will be allowed for safety reasons if there is a ban on its implementation;

a subjective assessment of weather conditions by participants in the trip cannot be the basis for a decision to proceed with or cancel the trip;

refunds for cancellations due to weather conditions are not provided. The tour can be rescheduled for another date;

refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment;

a full refund is provided in case the provider is unable to deliver the service in full;

the processing time for refunds is up to 5 calendar days from the date of the request;

the refund period is up to 14 calendar days from the date of the decision to refund.
