Komodo Luxury Boat Tour on LAMBORAJO 2

Komodo
Yachts & Boats

A journey through Komodo National Park is an opportunity to discover one of Indonesia's most extraordinary destinations, where turquoise lagoons, uninhabited islands, pink-sand beaches, and the legendary Komodo dragons come together in a single unforgettable itinerary. And when you travel between these remarkable places aboard a modern luxury yacht, the journey itself becomes just as rewarding as the destinations.

Spacious decks, elegant interiors, comfortable cabins—some featuring panoramic windows and private balconies—a jacuzzi overlooking the endless sea, and inviting lounge areas allow you to enjoy not only every destination, but every moment spent sailing between the islands. It is the perfect setting for welcoming the sunrise with a cup of coffee, watching the sunset from the deck, and admiring the ever-changing scenery along the way.

Over the course of three days, you will visit the most iconic locations of the Komodo archipelago, encounter its extraordinary wildlife, snorkel among vibrant coral reefs, and experience the magic of life at sea, where exceptional comfort becomes just as memorable as the islands themselves.

What to expect

Day 1 — Manta Rays, Taka Makassar Sandbar & Sunset on Padar Island

In the morning, your driver will pick you up from your hotel or meet you at Labuan Bajo Airport and take you to the harbor. After boarding the yacht at around 09:00, your journey through Komodo National Park begins.

Your first stop is the famous Manta Point, where you'll have the opportunity to snorkel with majestic manta rays. Afterward, lunch will be served on board before continuing to the stunning Taka Makassar sandbar, renowned for its crystal-clear turquoise waters.

In the afternoon, the yacht sails toward Padar Island. Here, you'll hike to one of Indonesia's most iconic viewpoints, where breathtaking panoramic views stretch across several bays. After returning to the yacht, enjoy dinner and a relaxing evening on board.

Day 2 — Pink Beach, Komodo Dragons & Flying Foxes

After breakfast, the yacht heads to the famous Pink Beach, one of Indonesia's most beautiful pink-sand beaches. You'll have time to relax, swim, and snorkel among colorful coral reefs.

Next, you'll join a guided walk across Komodo Island accompanied by a local park ranger, where you'll have the chance to observe the legendary Komodo dragons in their natural habitat.

Following lunch, you'll continue to Mawan Island for another snorkeling session before sailing toward Kalong Island in the late afternoon. At sunset, thousands of flying foxes fill the sky as they leave the island in search of food, creating one of the most spectacular natural sights in the Komodo Archipelago. Dinner will be served on board afterward.

Day 3 — Kelor Island & Return to Labuan Bajo

After breakfast, you'll disembark on Kelor Island for a short hike to a scenic viewpoint overlooking the surrounding islands and turquoise waters.

After returning to the yacht, an early lunch will be served as you sail back to Labuan Bajo.

Approximate arrival schedule:

  • Around 11:30 — Arrival at the harbor

  • Around 12:00 — Transfer to the airport or your hotel

Important information:

  • crossing times may vary depending on weather conditions and the vessel's actual sailing schedule;

  • in the event that a fuel surcharge is introduced, the company reserves the right to apply it to both new and existing bookings, regardless of whether the trip has been paid in full at the time of the fuel price adjustment;

  • any additional fuel surcharge is not included in the standard cruise fare and must be paid separately;

  • In accordance with clause 7.3 of the user agreement, MyBaliTrips.com cannot be held responsible for the presence of manta rays during snorkeling. It is important to remember that the whale shark is a wild and free creature. They choose their own paths and timing, so every encounter is a matter of luck and a true gift from nature, rather than a guaranteed part of the itinerary;

  • depending on weather or other conditions, the tour program may be modified at the captain's discretion. The program will be equivalent in cost and interest.

  • due to current visitor limits at Komodo National Park, we recommend purchasing your entry tickets in advance. This helps ensure access to all locations included in your tour.
    Without a pre-booked ticket, there is a chance that the daily visitor quota may be reached before your boat arrives. In this case, park regulations require guests to remain on board, without the option to go ashore;

  • note: A standard bank fee applies to all online ticket payments.

Open trip to Komodo Islands by "Lamborajo 2" boat — Family Ocean View Cabin

I'd wanted to visit Komodo for years, but I kept putting it off. It always seemed like such a complicated trip. First you have to fly to Flores, then figure out the boats, routes, and everything else. I even considered organizing it on my own, but eventually realized that joining a tour would be much easier. I'd never been on a cruise before, so I really wanted my first experience to be a great one. Looking back, choosing a high-quality yacht was definitely the right decision. You spend so much time on board that it's important to enjoy not only the destinations themselves, but also the journey between them. Everything was just perfect. My cabin had a panoramic ocean view. Waking up to that view and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was simply incredible. And of course, Komodo itself exceeded every expectation I had. It's probably the most beautiful place I've ever seen, even though I've traveled a lot. I honestly regret waiting so many years to go. Now I'm already looking at other cruises around Indonesia. I'd love to experience those same emotions again, while discovering somewhere completely new.

Open trip to Komodo Islands by "Lamborajo 2" boat — Master Ocean View Cabin

If you're choosing this yacht, it's not just for Komodo, it's for the whole experience. The boat is beautiful, stylish, and really comfortable. My favorite part was definitely the jacuzzi. Relaxing there while the yacht cruises between the islands is something special. For a moment, you honestly feel like you're in a movie. The crew was amazing. Everyone was incredibly attentive, always checking if everything was okay and doing their best to accommodate any requests. For example, if we wanted to spend a little more time on one of the islands, they always tried to adjust the schedule. It really felt like the trip was organized just for us, not simply following a fixed itinerary. And I also have to mention the food. Honestly, I didn't expect the meals on board to be that good. Every meal was something to look forward to. Everything was fresh, delicious, and the portions were generous. I absolutely loved this trip and would happily do it all over again.
