Important Information:
• You must bring your passport or show a photo of your passport to register on site.
• Insurance: Using a Jet Ski on the water is not covered by insurance for damage liability.
• Safety Measures: Strictly follow safety rules. Speeding can cause the Jet Ski to capsize. In such cases, a penalty of 5,000,000 IDR will be imposed.
• Damage to Other Vessels: Such incidents may result in damage to another vessel. In this case, a fine of 25,000,000 IDR will apply, along with an obligation to pay for repairs according to the provider’s price list.

Cancellation Policy
- Refunds for services are processed with a 10% deduction from the payment amount if the cancellation is made by the client less than 30 days before the start of the event or upon presentation of an official medical document confirming hospitalization.
- Tour cancellations due to weather conditions are accepted based on official information from the provider about weather conditions that prevent the safe conduct of the activities. No trip will be permitted if there is a prohibition on its execution for safety reasons.
- Participants' subjective assessment of weather conditions cannot serve as a basis for the decision to proceed with or cancel a trip.
- Refunds are not provided for tour cancellations due to weather conditions; however, the tour can be rescheduled to another date.
- A full refund will be issued if the provider is unable to deliver the service in full for any reason other than weather conditions.
- Refunds are processed using the exchange rate determined by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- We assess refund requests within 5 calendar days from the date of the customer's application.
