What To Expect
Self-Arrival: If you plan to arrive at the starting point on your own, please arrive at the Fly Bali Heli office at least 30 minutes before your scheduled flight time.
Transfer Service: Alternatively, you can arrange a transfer through our company. Please contact our manager via our website to book this service (transfer costs are not included in the flight price).
At the Office: Upon arrival at the office, a representative from Fly Bali Heli will assist you in reaching the helicopter.
Flight Duration: The duration of your flight will depend on the selected route, which is specified on your ticket.
Helicopter Launch Point: All flights depart from the helicopter pad located in the Ungasan area.
Cancellation Policy
- We give a refund for the service retaining 25% of the payment amount, if the customer makes the cancellation at least 7 days before the event starts or if there is an official document on hospitalization from the hospital.
- Cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions is accepted on the basis of official information about weather conditions that impede the safe conduct of events on the part of the performer (provider). No trip, for security reasons, will be allowed if there is a ban on its implementation;
- A subjective assessment of weather conditions by the participants of the trip cannot be the basis for a decision to carry out or cancel the trip;
- No refunds will be given if the tour is canceled due to weather conditions. The tour can be rescheduled.
- Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- We give a full refund in case the provider can't render the service.
- We review the issue of a refund under 5 business days from the date of custumer's application.
- We provide a refund under 5 banking days from the moment the decision on the return is agreed.
