What To Expect
At the appointed time, you need to arrive at a point near Jimbaran Beach or at another one, if you agreed it in advance.
The duration of the first lesson is 1.5 - 2 hours.
A representative of the company will meet you on the beach and give you the necessary equipment.
Then, on the shore, you will be instructed on safety and theory: equipment features, remote control, turning and flying techniques and the correct stance.
After that, you will go into the water with the instructor. Not far from the shore you will try your first flight over the water. When you feel more confident, you will start riding on your own. Free skating time is 60 min.

Cancellation Policy
- The refund for the service is made with a deduction of 10% of the order value if the cancellation is made by the client at least 24 hours before the start of the event or if there is an official document from a medical institution about hospitalization;
- The refund is made in IDR, or at the currency conversion rate set by the banks of Indonesia and the Recipient's bank on the day of payment;
- Cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions is accepted on the basis of official information about weather conditions that prevent the safe conduct of the event. The trip organizers have experience and knowledge about the weather conditions on the route of the trip. No trip, for security reasons, will be allowed if there is a ban on its implementation.;
- A subjective assessment of weather conditions on the part of the participants of the trip cannot be the basis for a decision to implement or cancel the trip;
- There is no refund in case of cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions. The tour may be rescheduled for another date;
- A full refund is made if the contractor (provider) is unable to provide the service in full;
- The deadline for consideration of a refund is up to 5 working days from the date of the request;
- The refund period is up to 14 working days from the date of the request.
