What To Expect
Main tour program
After arriving at the park, you will fill out the necessary health insurance document and receive your tickets.
You have to pass through the information center and the gallery for the first activity planned in the program. Park staff will look after you and help you throughout the program.

10:00 Arrival at Mason Elephant Park & Lodge, registration
10:15 Feed the elephant
10:30 Wash the elephant or Park Tours
11:00 Shower & change
11:30 Elephant riding (if included in the program)
12:00 Full buffet lunch with a view of the elephant bathing lake in the Park Restaurant (paid additionally)
13:00 Visiting the Elephant Museum and Education Center

Cancellation Policy
- We give a refund for the service retaining 10% of the payment amount, if the customer makes the cancellation at least 48 hours before the event starts or if there is an official document from the hospital.
- Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- We give a full refund in case the provider can't render the service.
- We review the issue of a refund up to 5 calendar days from the date of costumer's application.
- We provide a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of costumer's application.
