Morning transfer

08:00 - going on a trip to the east, you will start the day with a visit to the mysterious Lempuyang Temple. Here you can take a photo against the background of the famous split gate with a view of the cloud-shrouded Agung.
Then you will go to the royal palaces of Taman Ujung and Tirta Gangga. The territory of the palaces is very picturesque, you can stroll through the amazing gardens and enjoy the palace surrounded by greenery, numerous magnificent fountains, lakes and golden carp.
After a rich cultural program, you will have some free time to relax on one of the best beaches on the eastern coast of Virgin, as well as visit the Goa Lava Bat Cave, where you will see thousands of bats flying into the sky with screeching and flapping wings
Return transfer
15:00 - 16:00 - the approximate end time of the program, if you have agreed with the manager an early departure for the tour.
17:00 - 18:00 - the standard end time of the program, at this time you will already be at your hotel or villa. The exact time of arrival at the hotel depends on the traffic situation and the remoteness of your hotel.
Important note:
- Due to the large number of tourists in Lempuyang Temple, the waiting time in the queue for photographing can be more than 3 hours;
- If you want to take a photo in front of the famous split gates without queuing, then you need to leave the hotel / villa around 03:00 in the morning (the time of early departure must be agreed with the manager when booking the tour).
Surcharge to the main cost of the tour for a night departure from your hotel / villa - 200,000 rupees per car (payment on the site or in cash to the guide). - If you just want to walk around the temple, then check out of the hotel takes place at the usual time.
- Limited seating: Up to 4 adult passengers. If the number exceeds 4, we will provide two vehicles or a bus. The price will be calculated individually.
- Child seating: Each child requires a separate seat, except for those carried on the lap.
- The price is calculated based only on the number of adults.

Cancellation Policy
• A refund for the service is made if the cancellation is made by the client at least 24 hours before the start of the event or in the presence of an official document from a medical institution regarding hospitalization;
• If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, the penalty amount is 200,000 IDR;
• Cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions is accepted based on official information about weather conditions that prevent the safe conduct of events. The organizers have experience and knowledge of the weather conditions along the travel route. No trip will be allowed for safety reasons if there is a ban on its implementation;
• A subjective assessment of weather conditions by participants in the trip cannot be the basis for a decision to proceed with or cancel the trip;
• Refunds for cancellations due to weather conditions are not provided. The tour can be rescheduled for another date;
• Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment;
• A full refund is provided in case the provider is unable to deliver the service in full;
• The processing time for refunds is up to 5 calendar days from the date of the request;
• The refund period is up to 14 calendar days from the date of the decision to refund.
