What To Expect

With your entrance ticket, you will have one-day access to both Alas Harum and Cretya Ubud parks. Operating hours: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm daily.

You will have time to stroll among the rice terraces and take photos against the backdrop of local landmarks: statues, caves, waterfalls, grottos, and artisanal wooden installations.

Afterwards, you will have a session  on giant rope swings suspended 15 meters above the ground. Feel the thrill as you soar over the rice terraces dressed in a free-flowing dress with a long train. Take in panoramic views of the rice terraces and capture unforgettable moments.

Following your adventure, you will be treated to a tea break at a restaurant with panoramic views.

Important information:

  • the entrance ticket is valid only for one day on the specific date on which the order was booked;
  • a swing ride for two includes one swing and 15 push-ups;
  • the Cretya Ubud pool area is for adults aged 18 and above;
  • the use of a safety system on all rides is mandatory;
  • pregnant women, children under seven years of age and people with cardiovascular diseases are not recommended to engage in extreme activities in the park.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are non-refundable. In case of no-show, the ticket will be cancelled.
  • Refunds are processed using the exchange rate determined by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
  • We provide a full refund if the service provider is unable to deliver the service.
  • We assess refund requests within 5 calendar days from the date of the customer's application.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days from the date of the customer's request.

Please note:

  • operating hours: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm daily
  • the Cretya Ubud pool area is for adults aged 18 and above
  • use of safety equipment is mandatory
  • minimum age is 7 years and the minimum weight is 35 kg
  • maximum age is 70 years, good health is a prerequisite
  • maximum combined weight for couples on rope swings is 300 kg
