What To Expect
You have the option to book an individual transfer with us, or you can choose to arrive at the Tanjung Benoa port independently.
If you've booked a transfer, a driver will pick you up from your hotel or villa at the designated time and take you to the port. Please wait at your hotel's reception or near your villa.
At 4:00 p.m., the yacht embarks on its journey towards Nusa Dua. Our first stop will be at a prime location for coral fishing, where you'll be guided by an experienced expert to the best spots for a rewarding catch.
Afterward, enjoy a breathtaking sunset at a serene lagoon near Tanjung Benoa port, accompanied by your favorite music and a refreshing soft drink.
By 8:00 p.m., the yacht returns to Tanjung Benoa port. If you've booked a return transfer, your driver will meet you at the port and take you back to your hotel or villa.
Cancellation Policy
- Refunds will be issued with a 10% deduction if the cancellation is made by the client at least 14 days before the event or upon presentation of an official medical document.
- If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the trip, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied.
- Refunds will be processed according to the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the payment date.
- A full refund will be provided if the service provider is unable to deliver the service in full.
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 calendar days from the date of submission.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date the refund decision is made.
- Cancellations due to weather conditions will be based on official weather reports indicating that it is unsafe to proceed. Trip organizers possess the necessary expertise and knowledge of the route's weather conditions. For safety reasons, no trip will be permitted if a weather ban is in place.
- Participants' subjective assessments of weather conditions will not be considered a valid reason for deciding to proceed with or cancel the trip.
