What To Expect
By the appointed time, you need to arrive at the port of Gili Trawangan Island, from where your sea adventure will begin. You'll need to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled sailing time. Check-in opens at 14:00.
14:30 - start of the cruise. On the yacht, the team members will meet you with welcome drinks and sweet snacks, after which you will immediately go to the best spots for snorkeling. The waters near Gili are rich in various marine inhabitants. Here in the emerald waters of the Indian Ocean you will swim with thousands of colorful fish, and you will also be able to see sea turtles! You will visit picturesque spots: Gili Air, underwater statues near Gili Meno, a spot with turtles and a secret garden with a large coral reef.
After swimming, you will have a delicious dinner from the chef and one of the most picturesque sunsets in your life. Enjoy the incredible colors over the endless ocean!
19:30 - the yacht will return to Gili Trawangan Island.
Cancellation Policy
- A full refund is made if the cancellation is made at least 2 weeks before the start of the tour;
- The refund is made in IDR, or at the currency conversion rate set by the banks of Indonesia and the Recipient's bank on the day of payment;
- Cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions is accepted on the basis of official information about weather conditions that prevent the safe conduct of the event. The trip organizers have experience and knowledge about the weather conditions on the route of the trip. No trip, for security reasons, will be allowed if there is a ban on its implementation;
- A subjective assessment of weather conditions on the part of the participants of the trip cannot be the basis for a decision to implement or cancel the trip;
- There is no refund in case of cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions. The tour may be rescheduled for another date;
- A full refund is made if the contractor (provider) is unable to provide the service in full;
- The deadline for consideration of a refund is up to 5 working days from the date of the request;
- The refund period is up to 14 working days from the date of the request.
